Our Team

Amy J. Burke, MD, Board certified Family in Medicine, is Sunrise’s Ray of Beginnings. She holds Bachelors degrees in Biology and Nursing from LeMoyne College and Syracuse University respectively. After graduating from the University at Buffalo Medical School she completed her residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in Syracuse in Family Medicine before acquiring her Master’s in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. That’s when she decided to pursue her own practice and let her talents shine for your health. When Dr. Burke isn't caring for her patients, she loves caring for her four rescue dogs, Layla, Charlie, Rascal, and Penny.

Jamie Marfurt, PA-C is a board certified Physician's Assistant. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from University of Rochester. After graduating from the University of Rochester she completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Daemen College. She enjoys traveling, cooking and health/fitness. When not at work, you can find Jamie with her friends/family or going on walks with her beloved dog, Crank.

Shannon McFall, PA-C, is one of Sunrise’s Ray of Beginnings. She holds a combined Bachelors/Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from D'Youville College. From outside of Jamestown, NY, she has enjoyed living in the Buffalo area and cheering on the Bills. When not at work, you can find Shannon spending time with her friends/family, on her Peloton or spending time with her Maltese, Tilly, who is often also at the office.

Kaylee Cedri, FNP-BC is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University at Buffalo and graduated from D'Youville College with her Master's of Science in Nursing in 2021. She has experience working as an RN at Mercy Hospital and as our RN Care Coordinator. She is very excited about her new role as a nurse practitioner here at Sunrise. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her Golden Retriever, Brody.

Brittany, Sunrise’s Office Manager, is also known as ray of Administrative Care around the office. She’s a certified medical office manager that is a psychology graduate of LeMoyne College and Houghton College’s Business Management program.  Brittany is all about making a new day in health care dawn.
