It’s based on your relationship with a primary care doctor who provides or coordinates the care you need, from preventive health to specialty care to inpatient services. The best primary care is a lifelong connection built on communication, trust and understanding.

If you are experiencing an illness, or injury please call the office so that we may determine the best course of action for your particular problem.
If an office visit is deemed most appropriate, we will make every effort to see you promptly. We may also refer you for additional medical care when necessary.
If your primary provider is not available, we may schedule an appointment with another available provider.
A provider is always available even when the office is closed. To reach the on-call provider, please call our main number, 716-362-3909 and leave a message with our answering service who will contact the on-call provider.
